"Refund was processed really fast"

I was in the area and ended up stopping by the UCLA store in person. The place looked clean and organized, and the staff I talked to were friendly enough, which I always appreciate when I’m just browsing around. They had some good items and it was fun to look through everything, especially if you’re already on campus or picking up something UCLA-related. That said, after walking around a bit, the prices did feel on the higher side, and checkout took longer than I expected for a straightforward purchase. Overall, it was a decent visit and the stuff is good, just not something I’d call amazing

"Good shirt, packaging could be better"
My order showed up on time, so no complaints there. The shirt itself wasn’t damaged, which is what matters, but the packaging felt bare minimum. It was just folded in a thin plastic bag inside the mailer, and the mailer was kind of bent and looked cheap. It’s not even about needing fancy packaging or anything, but for UCLA store prices, I expected it to feel a little more protected and put together.

The UCLA Store website seems fine at first glance, but using it was a little frustrating. Some pages were slow to load for me, and the filters didn’t always seem to narrow things down the way I expected. Checkout was a bit clunky too, and I had to put my info in again at one point. I did end up getting what I needed, so it works, but I feel like the whole experience could definitely be easier.

"Pretty decent overall"
Prices seemed fair to me, and even though the shipping took a little longer than I hoped, I’d still say it was worth it. Not bad at all.

"Comfy hoodie, no complaints so far"
I ordered a UCLA hoodie from uclastore.com and I’m happy with it. I just went with my usual size, even though I was kind of second-guessing myself, but it ended up fitting really well. Not too tight, not insanely baggy, just comfortable. The sleeves are actually a good length too, which I was worried about because that’s usually where hoodies don’t work for me. I’ve washed it once already and it still fits the same, so hopefully it keeps holding up. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Pricey and Not Always Clear"
I had to buy a few course materials here, the prices felt way too high for what they were. Some things were easy enough to find, but other parts were confusing, and the communication about what I actually needed wasn’t very clear, which just made it more frustrating. It definitely took a hit on my budget. I really wish there were more affordable options for students.

"Love the gear, not the prices!!"
I’m a big fan of UCLA gear, but wow, the prices on uclastore.com are steep!! Even the basic shirts felt overpriced, and then shipping made it even harder to justify. I was planning to grab a few things, but I ended up buying way less than I wanted.

"Code worked, but delivery was a bit slow"
I ordered a digital access code thinking it would show up right away, but umm, it actually took longer than I expected. I had to keep checking my email a few times while waiting. It did work fine once I finally got it, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best option if you need it quickly for class.

I got this because it’s the official UCLA stuff, so I was expecting a bit more. It looks fine and does the job, but the quality felt just okay to me. Not terrible or anything, just not as nice as I thought for a official item.

I ordered a couple of UCLA items from uclastore and expected the shipping to be way higher. A lot of college stores sneak in extra fees at checkout, but this one felt reasonable for what I bought. The package showed up fine, no weird charges, and I didn’t feel like I got ripped off on delivery. I’d order again, though I wouldn’t mind a little discount or credit next time for being a returning customer

I was happy to see the Items I needed were actually in stock. I’ve had a few times where other places said they had something and then didn’t, so this was a nice Surprise. Super easy to find what I wanted and I didn’t have to wait around or deal with any hassle

"Solid shirt, print holds up"
I’ve been wearing this shirt and it feels nice and thick, not flimsy at all. After washing it, the print didn’t fade or peel, so I can’t say I’m not happy with it

"Easy Gift for a UCLA Fan"
I needed a quick gift for my cousin who’s a big UCLA fan and actually found a lot of good options on uclastore.com. They had shirts, mugs, and some cute little accessories, and everything was easy to look through. Checkout was simple, and the gift showed up in good shape. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely use them again.
